Set-up: We always stage a kick-off meeting to determine the frequency and level of service required for the assignment. Our team will also offer advice on skills training and cost-modelling if the project is in its formative stages.
Contact: Each client is assigned a nominated primary contact with secondary support available on a needs’ basis. Our office hours are 8:00am – 6:30pm but our account and delivery teams always make themselves available via mobile and email outside these times.
Approach: We are a high-touch company, working with clients in a collaborative and transparent fashion. This ensures accountability, clear communication lines and a continual focus on delivering the best end-result.
Measurement & Evaluation: We measure and report each project’s progress and outcome according to criteria determined at the set-up meeting.
